Sandorn established, managed and successfully exited a residential real estate trading Company in Vienna in 2017.

In 2017 Sandorn succesfully exited from its industry leading real estate fee development company in the retail and industrial field in Austria, which it founded in 2014.

In 2016 Sandorn has successfully exited from its investment in formerly distressed panel buildings in Saxony-Anhalt entered into in 2012. The investment program included the take-over from owners and the bank, establishment of a management on site, the rollout of a successful letting and revitalization strategy, renovation of the buildings and running of a structured exit process.

2016 Sandorn successfully exited its LED light bulb trading company in UK which it started in 2015. The investment program involved the establishment of a new trading business from scratch and sale of the operation to a trade partner.
